You play as Alex Kane, whose life falls apart after a devastating diagnosis: he has two inoperable brain tumors. But instead of facing a quick death, Alex finds the disease slowly taking over his mind. As his condition progresses, his perception becomes increasingly distorted, bringing the darkest sides of his personality to the surface – a thirst for absolute control, cruelty, and destructive desires. Gradually, the tumors begin speaking to him as separate entities, turning his mind into a battlefield. Alex struggles to hold on to what remains of his identity while watching the disease destroy not only himself, but also his relationships with the people closest to him.
